Statement of beliefs:

We believe our Creator calls us to creative worship that communicates to people here and now, engaging all of the senses and speaking into human experience.

 

We believe Jesus welcomes and celebrates all as part of the sacred community. We believe we encounter the Risen Christ in our neighbors and strangers at the margins of faith and society.  

 

We welcome all people into the life of this community, and celebrate and give thanks for our diversity of race, ethnicity, citizenship, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical and mental ability, faith background, economic status, appearance, marital condition, political persuasion, education, and life experience. 

 

We believe our Sustainer, the Spirit, nourishes our souls with the Word, and sends us out to serve.

 

We believe the Church is wherever two or three are gathered by the Spirit in God's Name. For us the Church is at the Riverfront Pavilion, in various restaurants throughout the city, in the Kitchen Collective and Cafe at Grace Church, and anywhere community gathers.

 

We commit to imaginative collaboration in serving God’s people with bold love, open to questions and exploration, as Christ has served the church.
